Discover long-hidden DARK SECRETS OF HORROR MOVIESrevealed by horror commentator, lecturer, author and comedian JAY DYER! Jay will discuss select horror films in-depth and unearth metaphors and double entendre and how those meanings are reflected in the reality of our lives. Will blow your mind! Horror, science-fiction, and monsters do exist in our world, but are hidden and exist in-secret, much as H.P. Lovecraft forewarned.

Tickets include: A one-hour Jay Dyer lecture following dinner, first 30 ticketholders get an autographed copy of Jay’s book Esoteric Hollywood, a dinner opportunity with Jay Dyer (does not include food/drink/tips), a photo op with Jay, and a group photo, which will be sent to ticketholders via email the following days after the convention concludes.

Note: Tickets do not include food/drink/tips. Food/drinks can be ordered from the OCC Road House menu.

Presented by the Tampa Bay Screams Horror Convention, now in our 10th year in 2025. Sunday, January 19th, 2025 – Jay Dyer’s DARK SECRETS OF HORROR FILMS begins at 6PM after the Tampa Bay Screams horror convention concludes and is expected to end between 7:30PM or 7:45PM. Be sure to get a separate ticket for the Alan Howarth DARK MATTER concert at 8PM on the main stage. Don’t forget to purchase a separate ticket for the horror con and spend all day with us! We would love to have you as our “Guest of Horror”!
