Jay, the coronka vie-rus thing reminded me of si fi novel I read in the 80’s by Frank Herbert called “The White Plague”. It’s about an American Scientist (with an Irish background) whose son is killed in an IRA bombing. To get revenge he manufactures a pathogen that is spread on paper money.
