  1. This guy again?! He thinks a lot of himself, doesn’t he? What a fool.
You should look into double entry accounting theory (and history) because it really goes with this discussion.
But… Charters (corporate charters) were originally issued by the King, not some godless government. The idea was the same as a public / private partnership. If I am mistaken, please correct me. from wiki “The alleged oldest commercial corporation in the world, the Stora Kopparberg mining community in Falun, Sweden, obtained a charter from King Magnus Eriksson in 1347.”
I hate corporatism/fascism, but I’m happy to have a small business making money outside of being a wage slave. Articles of Incorporation are still issued by the state government.
All this idiot Taylor had to say to you Jay: you ARE making a name for yourself and a living for yourself under capitalism right now.
The situation might be totally different if we had a monarch who disagreed with your ideas; deciding you’re subversive. Depends on the monarch. Anyone can become corrupt, and anyone can lie and claim they have divine right to rule.
Also, Marx defining all capital as labor/time is akin to calculating how much slaves cost. Marx was an idiot too. That’s a twisted & inaccurate definition from Marx -who never made an honest cent in his life. It’s almost cringe worthy listening to Robert Taylor ramble on talking out of his ass. I guess his point was “See, even someone as stupid as me can get rich off bitcoin. Yay capitalism” LOL
