ESOTERIC HOLLYWOOD: Dave McGowan’s Programmed to Kill: MK Ultra Serial Killers – Jay Dyer (Free Part)

As promised, we come to Programmed to Kill, an earlier, and equally important book from Dave McGowan, of Weird Scenes Inside Laurel Canyon fame.  I summarize his thesis and in the full talk give my analysis and commentary based on the numerous other analyses I’ve read regarding related material.  We look at the strengths and weaknesses of his book, as well as the crucial connection to Hollywood, which created a whole new entertainment genre surrounding ‘lone gunner sickos’….or are they really lone gunners?  This is a part of a 2 hour lecture which can be obtained by subscribing to JaysAnalysis at the PayPal links below for 4.95 a month or 60.00 per year, as well as access to all the archives.

I enjoyed this lecture. I wonder if earlier serial killers (HH Holmes for example) were also directed.

Write about “Videodrome”. You already know what most of it is about. I’ve read that Cronenberg was fascinated by Marshall McLuhan and even attended some of his lectures when he was a student.

Videodrome is about virtual reality being built around us. We don’t have to be in the Matrix or play video games, it is our reality now. All of it directed by the best invention for mindcontrol, the television set. In essence, it is a bizarre answer to Kubrick’s 2001. Especially if you think Rob Ager’s idea that the Monolith is a giant television screen is a valid idea.

  3. If you will publish a review series for The Fourth Political Theory I will not only send you a fresh $60 but will pledge to stand vigil in your town when the inevitable FBI standoff surrounds your property.

  4. holy shit asked and answered lol. watch your ass!
