The CIA & Hollywood – Men Who Stare at Goats: Jay Dyer, Tom Secker, Pearse Redmond

From Tom Secker’s site, (and by extension, Pearse’s site Porkin’s Policy Review): “Jay Dyer joins us for this episode where we analyse the 2009 comedy The Men Who Stare at Goats, loosely based on Jon Ronson’s book of the same name.  It tells the story of a journalist who is inducted into the world of psychic soldiers during the Iraq war.  The movie goes on to explain some of the history behind the First Earth Battalion, an experimental Pentagon unit devoted to developing a new generation of super soldier informed by the hippy and New Age movements.  We examine what the film leaves out, especially in the form of MKULTRA and similar CIA projects and experiments with similar aims, and ask whether the purpose was not to explore ‘How could love and peace help win wars?‘ but to weaponise New Age philosophy and the New Age movement.

The Men Who Stare at Goats is the final movie in the George Clooney/Grant Heslov series before they took the full plunge and made Argo with the help of the CIA.  We look at whether Goats – Heslov’s directorial debut – was the final step in their long-term overture to the CIA.  The fact that Goats reduces the CIA’s involvement in such projects to a single scene, and was distributed by none other than Overture Films are strong hints towards this.  We also map out the evidence and implications of state sponsorship of the entire Goats project, from Ronson’s original book and documentary series through to the Hollywood version.  The use of technical advisors who were part of these Pentagon units back in the 70s/80s and who were ‘reactivated’ to help fight the War on Terror implies that at least the DOD, if not the CIA, were in favour of this film.  We round off by pondering the plausibility of the remote viewing phenomenon.”

call of duty modern warfare 2 (22.7 million copies sold in 2009) The plot of the game is the CIA and GRU Russian Intelligence working together create WW3 between Russia and the U.S. to generate massive defense spending and production. In an infamous chapter of the game called No Russian the player unknowingly participates in a false flag terror attack that starts WW3. At the end of Modern Warfare 3 (26.5 million copies sold in 2011) you play as the ‘truther’ character SAS Captain Price who hunts down the CIA-GRU to their HQ a 5 star hotel in Dubai lol. You hang the traitors off the top of the hotel. This game series is 100% mental influencing programming.

These guys do good work on predictive programming in Hollywood but they are anti-white leftist cucks. I would love to see you debate them on politics. It is all too common to find people who can identify the mind control in areas outside of their own biases, but when it comes to self-examination of their own shibboleth’s they fail, badly.

I am honest enough (as a right-winger) to see the manipulation of the right but the fact remains that the actual right has no power. Leftist critics of globalism are hopeless because their cultural marxist agenda will take precedent over opposing the international bankers since the later supports the former. Anti-fa is the prime example of this. They pretend to oppose the system but they are nothing more than its useful idiots.

Jay, I haven’t seen you get into the specifics of your political views (I could have just missed it, I have read your work for at least 2 years) and I respect that. I have heard you say that you are very right-wing. If they know that and are willing to talk to you anyways, maybe they would be interested in a discussion/debate about politics.

    Love your work bro.

  4. ^^^ Yeah, fuck that.

I’m a commenting member of multiple alt-media websites, including those of Secker & Redmond.

Tom is definitely a leftist (self-defines as such unless some recent, major unannounced shift has taken place there) and I’ve been critical at some of what I thought were his insufficiently robust hot takes on that score, but when he’s made a pointed critique of the right/alt-right he’s certainly had enough wits about him to point out, for example, that the Anglophone alt-right is surely supported by Russian intelligence (OF COURSE IT IS – it’s critical to Russian geostrategy for so many reasons: taking up the old banner as the pole of ideological conflict with the USA, going back to the old well of ‘funding everything alternative movement among our enemies’ which has been a strategy of both East and West for some time, it’s the kind of project that gives ideological purpose to your own deep state / spook apparatus and helps to renationalize fifth column elements, etc. etc. etc.) If anything I’d say Tom should lead the charge on teasing out the relationship between the Western alt-right (of which Jay is quite critical himself) and a number of associations to some highly dubious Western think-tanks, which basically nobody is talking about at all.

As for Pearse – this is a guy who literally has Abby Martin’s brother on his show one day and does a guest spot on Hoax Busters the next; he’s about as affable a bridger of media bubbles as anyone in the alternative sphere today, and unlike so many commentators in the madness of our day, is actually consistently capable of disagreement without rancor or insult. A whole lot of self-important alt-media voices of every ideological stripe could learn a lot from his example.

      What is your problem guy?

I said A) they do good work and B) I recognize the manipulation of the right. Yes, I called them cucks (they are), but I didn’t dismiss them. I said it would be worthwhile to debate these issues. Do you disagree?

If you don’t think their cucking is relevant please point me to where they have critically discussed the issue of mass importation of non-whites into Europe, America, and Australia. This is the underlying issue for the alt-right. So its ones thing to point out Russian manipulation but another thing to ignore the actual problem and call people Nazis for being concerned about it.

  5. But, hey; I guess none of that stuff matters. CUCKS CUCKS CUCKS CUCKS CUCKS

Mr Jay Dyer did a good show. This podcast is worth recommending to ‘Conspiracy Deniers’, to those who will dismiss anything that even hints at Government Shenanigans, behind the curtain plotting, strategic mischief. It reveals a wide stage of activity and does so lightly. Just right for those entertainment junkies who have the concentration abilities of gnats. The art of listening seems to be lost. Videos are preferred, but produce numb skulls.
