Jay Dyer on HuffPo’s Denise Wilbanks Show

Denise Wilbanks asked me to do a sit down interview with her during the Secret Space Program. Denise writes for the Huffington Post, but I doubt this will make it on due to my use of “chicks.” Regardless, it was an interesting discussion on metaphysics and film. In this talk I challenge the prevailing academic notions of physics, human origins and the use of Hollywood to program our minds.

Awesome interview! Chicks dig it, too!

  2. Appreciate the tongue and cheek style of delivery of information. A few areas caught my attention. The first and really spooky one is the subject of this cross-blending or blurring between media and so-called reality, as in cases when politicians (e.g. a head if state/leader) are guests on variety or reality tv shows. Very unsettling and disorienting indeed. I’m reminded of that scene or scenes in V for Vendetta when the totalitarian leader (played by John Hurt) is a guest in a late night tv show, and there’s this surprise birthday celebration for the disgusting old fart. We’re referring to film produced and released years before something like O for Obama’s media guest appearances (I guess Clinton made those too on the Tonight show). But I digress. Even more impressive is the fact that V for Vendetta was written by Alan Moore and released in the mid 1980s! Precognition on Moore’s part and kudos for the foreknowledge. The other disturbing matter that is an offshoot of this blending between media and life ‘reality’ is that everything, more specifically every event, built environment, societal organization and human dramas that result and manifest within this artificial Petri dish, can be perceived as one omni-normous ‘reality show’. Ever since the unfortunate fabricated event known as 912, I’m forced to reevaluate every past historical event, such as WW-II for example, as a mega piece of theatre, and so on so forth with every important historical event, invention, etc., prior to and after 911. Highly unsettling indeed.

  3. Sorry for the typos. I meant 911 not 912. 912 occurred in another reality 😉 Kudos for the pods and content.

  4. Oh no! not the “c” word.
