Soviet Cold War Subversion, Illuminism and Psy Ops

“I will force the enemy to take our strength for weakness, and our weakness for strength, and thus will turn his strength into weakness.” Sun Tzu

Ours is an era of integration, unification and conglomeration.  Arising from that trend came the Cold War: a fascinating phenomenon of two superpowers that supposedly waged a planetary battle of western “freedom” versus eastern “communism” for control of the world.  The reality is that this battle was both engineered and real.  Insofar as Mao was concerned, we know David Rockefeller praised Mao’s “revolution” in his famous 1979 editorial.  Upon visiting China, Rockefeller mentions Deng Xiaoping’s “capitalist” reforms, which led to the modern third way experience in China today.  Rockefeller also mentions this at length in his autobiography, Memoirs.

In this way, a top western elite provides a great example of how, at times, the Cold War was furthered and aided by western finance.  One can see this as well in examples of western aid to build up Soviet power under Roosevelt, an obvious communist.  Under FDR, countless Soviet and communist agents of change and outright spies were allowed to enter the U.S.  Truman and McCarthy attempted to reverse this trend by taking action to discover the Soviet spies allegedly existing at all levels of western power. Recent release of Soviet archives shows these allegations to be correct: there were hundreds of Soviet spies at all levels of government, as the Philby affair shows for the United Kingdom.

This trend continued into the 1980s, with the Cold War purportedly reviving under Reagan and the attempt to stop the “evil empire” and Gorbachev from destroying the last bastion of freedom.  Kruschev had previously threatened at the United Nations that he would infiltrate and destroy the West from within, and the Cold War continued supposedly until the fall of the wall. Pope John Paul II also took credit with Reagan in this facade of ending the battle, with perestroika, an openness to the West, as the sign of victory.  During this time, important Central Intelligence and MI6 analysts were saying otherwise.

Based on the revelations of defectors like Masterspy Oleg Penkovsky, Anatoliy Golitsyn, and Soviet psychological warfare expert, Yuri Bezmenov, western intelligence agents like Maurice Oldfield and James Jesus Angleton thought otherwise:  it looked as if the long-term Soviet strategy was precisely one of a feigned defenselessness.  What if communist subversion meant the incremental, gradual plan of decades-long infiltration, subversion, and psychological warfare, that was meant to take down the West through covert means, as opposed to nuclear means?  What if the Soviet plan had not ended with the fall of some wall in Germany?

There is plenty of evidence to back up this conclusion.  This does not mean, however, that certain Western elites never aided communism, nor that the Cold War was all a facade. While at the top of the pyramid the elites are international (as can be seen from Rockefeller’s Memoirs), the government classes of both East and West waged a real war.  The reality is the communists/Soviets won World War II, and from thenceforth have won the culture war.  Western elites have retained their capitalist beliefs in theory, yet the present globo-capital corporatocracy is much closer to a fascist/socialist internationalism of the left than any older model of the free market. Mission Impossible III (2006) – Analysis

Ethan Hunt, based on Spymaster E. Howard Hunt

By: Jay

In the wake of the publicity for the upcoming Mission Impossible 4, I thought it would be relevant to do an analysis of Mission Impossible III.  Part III starred Philip Seymour Hoffman as Owen Davian, an international black market arms and weapons dealer.  Spy and espionage films are often the best forms of fiction that function as windows into real plots and intrigues, and Mission Impossible is no different.

In fact, Tom Cruise’s central character, Ethan Hunt, is based on spy mastermind, E. Howard Hunt.   Hunt confessed a few years ago to being involved in the JFK assassination, laying the blame at the door of LBJ.  The “Cigarette-Smoking Man” of X-Files fame also appears to be loosely based on E. Howard Hunt: both are involved in high-level assassination plots, including the assassination of JFK and MLK in the X-Files episode “Musings of a Cigarette Smiking Man.”  Both are known for authoring novels under pseudonyms, too.

In Mission Impossible III, however, Hunt is in his usual role of  heroic super-agent.  Davian has kidnapped one of Hunt’s trainees, and injected her with a detonatable microchip, and upon rescue the chip detonates.  She warns Hunt of the “invisible man” and that the overall plan is an “inside job.”  Where have we heard that terminology before?  The plot then indicts the Vatican in dealing with Davian, and the IMF team has to infiltrate the See to kidnap Davian to keep him from obtaining the “rabbit’s foot,” which is said to be an anti-matter sort of compound, later identified as “anti-God,” which bring to mind the Angels & Demons plot of Dan Brown. Rand Paul Surges Ahead Of Conway Despite Stomp Smear 291010top

Despite the Conway campaign shamelessly exploiting the notorious stomp on MoveOn activist Lauren Valle for political grist, while failing to mention that Valle herself attempted to assault Rand Paul before the fracas, Paul has surged ahead of his opponent in the latest poll, which shows the Kentucky candidate leading the race by nine points.

The poll, conducted by Survey USA for the Courier-Journal and WHAS-TV, took place between Sunday and Wednesday, so it would account for the reaction to Monday night’s events, which were ludicrously overblown by people like Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews as some kind of harbinger that Tea Partiers were the new brownshirts. Of course, Matthews, Olbermann, and the rest of the establishment talking heads were considerably less outraged when a MoveOn activist bit off the finger of a Tea Partier during an Obamacare protest last year.

As we highlighted yesterday, new video of the entire incident shows Valle attempt to assault Rand Paul before being dragged away by Paul supporters. The subsequent stomp was thuggish and rightly condemned by Paul, which is more than can be said for Conway, who has still failed to denounce an almost identical stomp on an injured female Rand Paul activist by one of his supporters that occurred before the Valle incident. Conway Cover Up: Media Ignores Admitted Obstruction Of Justice conway

While hyperventilating over the Lauren Valle stomping incident, the corporate media has ignored a far bigger scandal swirling around the Kentucky Senate race – the fact that financial contributors to Jack Conway’s campaign and Conway himself tipped off Conway’s brother to the fact that he was being investigated for trafficking drugs in an admitted obstruction of justice.

The Kentucky Courier-Journal, which has favored Conway over Rand Paul in the course of the Senatorial race, hid the bombshell story behind a relatively tame headline this past weekend, presumably in a bid to protect Jack Conway from the blowback of the astounding revelations contained in the five page report written by R.G. Dunlop.

The nitty gritty of the issue runs like this – Matthew C. Conway, prosecutor and brother of Jack Conway, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senator from Kentucky, was under investigation by the Louisville Metro Police for alleged drug use and drug trafficking.

Two narcotics detectives involved in the case perverted the course of justice by tipping off Conway to the fact that he was under investigation. At least three narcotics officers are now under internal investigation for “policy violations”.

After hearing detectives discussing the case in a restaurant, a Conway campaign supporter then also related the issue to Jack Conway, who in turn tipped off his brother. Read more of this post
