Bourne Legacy and Total Recall – Rise of the Transgenic Supersoldier

There was never just one because MKULTRA and the transgenic programs were merged into the supersoldier program, ultimately with the goal of immortality, the philosopher’s stone. Renner’s character’s psyche is fractured like Farrell’s below.

I’m including both Bourne Legacy and Total Recall in the same analysis because both were released around the same time and both contain similar themes.  Of course both are from books, and both are packed with the esoteric, despite both receiving mediocre reviews.  I enjoyed both tremendously, and Bourne Legacy was especially packed with espionage and semiotic dissembling.  Both deal with agents being run by all-encompassing systems that control reality almost en toto.   In Bourne Legacy, we are introduced to the latest (public info) on nanotech and bio-engineering–particularly the attempt to create a supersoldier.   We have thus passed the realm of mere MKULTRA mind-controlled assassins.  We have now passed into the realm of geo-engineered nano-soldiers that have their minds wiped of the past, and are reprogrammed to do the bidding of the geo-political chess masters who handle them.

For Bourne, the plot revolves around the need to take a certain pill to stabilize the effects of altered DNA.  I have, in many instances, engaged in debates with people who deny the existence of any such nano-tech DNA manipulation and in particular, race-specific bio-weapons that have been written about for decades, including recent publications in medical journals, the Sunshine Project, the PNAC, as well as other citations given several times on this blog.  Here is a DARPA video from 1997 that includes an illustration of unconventional pathogen measures designed to destroy the viral DNA.   If the DNA of a virus can be attacked, then the DNA of humans can, as well, and in particular the DNA of certain races.  While this may not be “PC,” since most people deny that there even are races, the shadow establishment marches on already light-years ahead of the multi-kulti moron public engineering all manner of variations in underground labs and level 4 bio-weapons factories. I want to again stress that this video is from 1997.

The pill-taking soldier is a thing of the past with the rise of bio-engineering.  Transhumanism will come to replace the older temporary modifications, as men merge with machines.  Billions of dollars of the black budget are spent on this research from MIT and other secret sites.  The transhumanist goal of course being immortality, a version of the philosopher’s stone, while the more immediate goals are advanced unconventional warfare techniques.    I recall first viewing the later seasons of the X-Files that dealt with the supersoldiers and thinking they were absurd, yet clearly the revelation of the method there was also accurate–there are supersoldiers, functioning as a kind of hybrid between the MKULTRA programs and nanotechnology.  Just this week the New Scientist posted an article on synthetic cyborg tissue.   The article states:

“They beat like real heart cells, but the rat cardiomyocytes in a dish at Harvard University are different in one crucial way. Snaking through them are wires and transistors that spy on each cell’s electrical impulses. In future, the wires might control their behaviour too.”

Jay’s Analysis-The Philosophy of Geo-politics, Propaganda and Espionage

What about applying philosophy to geo-politics and espionage? Is there a philosophy of propaganda and psychological warfare? What are 3D, 4D and 5Dimensional analyses? What is the “Great Game”? How does Ian Fleming and James Bond fit into this? Is there any relation between fictional entities like Bond and real psy ops and propaganda? How does semiotics relate to this? Is there a relation to the Venusian arts and pickup artists? What about Catholicism and Malachi Martin? –All this and more in the latest podcast installment.

The Semiotics of Bond: Ian Fleming’s Use of Propaganda

The iconic Connery in Dr. No.

I’m posting the introduction to my master’s thesis, for anyone interested.  Comments and criticisms welcomed.

007 AS THE EMBODIMENT OF THE ANGLO-ESTABLISHMENT’S MYSTICAL IMPERIALISM

By: Jay

Ian Fleming’s James Bond is one of the most recognizable and successful characters in modern popular culture.  The novels have sold over 100 million copies, and the film franchise is the second most successful in history, having been recently displaced by the Harry Potter series.  For most readers and viewers, 007 is merely a Western pop icon. However, there is much more at work in the novels and films than appears on the surface.  In fact, there are deeper undercurrents, themes, symbols, and messages that operate as psychological warfare propaganda and an in-depth semiotic analysis of the novels and films yields an interpretation that confirms this thesis.  Much has been written on the subject of Ian Fleming’s James Bond. From Umberto Eco’s older essay “Narrative Structures in Fleming” to Christoph Linders’ modern collections The James Bond Phenomenon and Revisioning 007: James Bond and Casino Royale, there is a wealth of critical work on capitalist/consumerist, imperialist, gender, and racial analyses in the books and films.  In this wealth of criticism, key elements have been ignored that will here be explored.

The James Bond Phenomenon: A Critical Reader features Tony Bennett and Janet Woolacott’s article “The Moments of Bond,” which chronicles the rise of the franchise in terms of marketing and sales as well as the zeitgeist of Western Imperial capitalism and the sixties sexual revolution that propelled Bond to international fame.  Michael Denning’s “Licensed to Look” analyzes the consumerism that fueled Fleming and Bond and the mythical qualities Bond embodies that form a potent combination with the espionage genre.  Denning focuses on “eye” imagery and its utilization by film media as a particularly potent manipulative semiotic device.[1]  Linder offers an overview of criminology and the “global conspiracy” evolution the franchise exemplifies concurrent with the socio-political threats of the respective decades of Bond releases.  Particular attention is given to the Cold War and Bond “saving Britain’s image.”[2]

Cultural impact studies have been done with James Chapman’s License to Thrill and Edward Comentale’s Ian Fleming and James Bond: The Cultural Politics of 007.  Chapman gives an analysis of different elements and themes in choice Bond installments, including the literary setting (detective novels) for Fleming’s early stories, the fact that Bond was first published in Playboy, comparisons of the early films with Alfred Hitchcock’s works, and the oft-repeated attempt to resurrect British Imperialism.  Chapman moves on to consider the reason for the franchise’s success, making no definitive statement about whether “Bondmania” is the result of the zeitgeist or the development and advancement of the film industry, or both.  “Bondmania” was well in place by 1964, and from there, Bond would dominate the sixties and make his way to American theaters, ultimately to become an international icon.  Chapman continues with analysis of the propaganda for imperialism and of Bond as the preeminent Cold Warrior.  Attention is largely given to Bond in comparison with other action films and heroes, but little attention is given to the deeper, mythical elements.    Read more of this post

“GoldenEye” EMP in the News

Golden All-Seeing Eye

By: Jay

Two years ago, I did a brief analysis of GoldenEye and mentioned the reality of EMP weapons.  This appeared February 22, 2012 in the Telegraph, mentioning the possibility of a ‘GoldenEye’ EMP weapon.

The Telegraph reads:

“A nuclear device detonated up to 500 miles above the earth’s surface could   generate an electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) with a “devastating”   effect on power supplies, telecommunications and other vital systems, the   Commons Defence Committee said.

It warned that countries such as Iran – which is resisting international   pressure to end its nuclear programme – and even eventually some “non-state   actors” could acquire the technology to mount such an attack, in a   scenario akin to the plot of the 1995 James Bond film ‘GoldenEye’.”

Continued here.

While the “EMP” talk could be paranoia and psych warfare, it could also be real, as NASA and other outlets warn.  Pay close attention to what is said here: “Hollywood could be involved in this…”  (?)

Casino Royale (Novel) – Analysis

1960 copy of Casino Royale I Came Across.

By: Jay

Casino Royale (1953) is the first of Ian Fleming’s Bond novels, and since I’ve decided to write my master’s thesis on this classic series of espionage novels, blogging about the series would be a help to my own writing process.  I’ll be dealing with the semiotic and propaganda effects of real events being fictionalized, and then the resulting impact and purpose of the fiction as it passes into mass media consumption.  As Fleming himself noted, “everything I write has precedent in truth.”

This is crucial to keep in mind as one works through the novels and films, as it becomes clearer and clearer that Fleming, himself a top British intelligence agent, gradually reveals the means and methods of control and manipulation by the top of the pyramid.  Bond himself is a cog in this machine, situated as the symbol of the loyal, western, capitalist hemisphere, battling what he discovers to be the evil Soviet anti-spy agency, SMERSH.  SMERSH is a kind of Soviet “Secret Team” that proclaims “death to all spies.”

In the beginning, however, Bond is not after SMERSH, but a wealthy, disfigured rogue who stuck out on his own and created a “fifth column” from SMERSH, named LeChiffre.  LeChiffre translates as “the cypher,” letting us know more is at work here.  LeChiffre, according to Bond writer Ian MacIntyre, was based on British Satanist/occultist Aleister Crowley.

In fact, Ian Fleming, it has recently been claimed by researcher Anthony Masters, was responsible for crafting the plot to lure Rudolph Hess to Scotland based on a bogus astrological chart that tickled Hess’ fancy, created by Crowley. The plot worked, apparently, and Hess parachuted into Scotland and was captured.  LeChiffre, “the cypher,” has curious features, and like many Bond villains a strange sexual appetite and fixation, in the same vein as Crowley.

Soon into the novel, Bond meets his first “Bond girl,” Vesper Lynd, who will double-cross him and be exposed as a SMERSH agent working under duress.  What’s interesting is that a team of Bulgarian communists attempts to assassinate Bond with an explosive device soon after Bond arrives in the fictional Royale-Les-Eaux in Northern France.  The explosion fails in its design, however, and a cover story is created, blaming in on leftist, communistic terror.  Read more of this post

GoldenEye – Esoteric Analysis

By: Jay

Reviewing some older 80s and 90s films, I decided to delve into the Bond films. I started with the later ones and will work my way back to the earlier. All the films contain heavy doses of predictive programming. The 1995 Bond film is fascinating in this regard, including even occultic elements, as well as Tesla-type technology. You probably played the first person shooter. I did.

In the opening dancy-Bond girl sequence, we are shown several eyeballs and communist symbols, as the plot will have Bond snooping out a Russian Tesla-ish device that incapacitates all electrical equipment with a massive electromagnetic pulse. The eyes are there to alert you to the cryptocracy/shadow government that runs things – the overarching entity that funded both communism and fascism via international banking cartels.

The eye is shown behind various statues of Lenin, Stalin and the revolutionary goddess, lady reason.  The statues are seen falling, to be sure, but if you note the frame at 1:24, you will see the image of Janus – the two-faced god of doorways and duality, particular to Roman mythology.

You might think I am stretching my reading a bit, but the film’s crime syndicate in this installment is known as the Janus Crime Syndicate. Although the sequence ends with a girl destroying the hammer and sickle, the all-seeing eye glares in the background signifying, in fact, that the apparent world polarity of that time – communist Russia and the Anglo-Amerikan establishment were in fact under the same watchful gaze. When Soviet-style communism was no longer needed, the bankers could dispense with it. Thus the Janus imagery – it’s two faces of the same false god. The false duality of the false left/right paradigm. Read more of this post
