The latest media hoax targeting Kentucky primary winner Rand Paul has exploded in the establishment’s face after a claim that Paul “kidnapped” a woman during a college prank was revealed to be completely mischaracterized, showing once again how desperate the system is to discredit Paul and prevent him from leading a populist revolt against the status quo.
The corporate media has now launched no less than three hyped or outright manufactured “controversies” in an effort to tear down Paul’s popularity in the less than three months since he won the Kentucky primary. The system is scared stiff of what Paul represents because he is a true constitutionalist with a real chance of winning in October after having brushed aside establishment Republican candidate Trey Grayson back in May.
On the very night of his primary success, the media kicked into high gear and instantly tried to characterize Paul as a hypocrite and a racist elitist simply because he held his victory celebration at a country club.
When this attempt to smear Paul fell flat on its face, the Civil Rights sideshow was ramped up, with MSNBC airing eight different segments totaling 37 minutes with every single guest attacking Rand Paul as a closet racist who wanted to repeal the Civil Rights Act, something which he never said. Indeed, although Paul expressed a nuanced view on the Civil Rights Act, he made it clear that he would not vote to repeal it. This didn’t stop Rachel Maddow and MSNBC from publishing an out of context script in a crass stunt to make it appear as if Paul had answered “yes” to Maddow’s question about whether businesses should have the right not to serve black people. The establishment is petrified over the prospect of a Rand Paul win in Kentucky. In order to discredit Paul and make his supporters look like mental patients and racists, a Democrat by the name of Tyler Clay Collins showed up at Fancy Farm, Kentucky, where a political rally was held and engaged in a brazen attempt to smear Paul.
Time describes the Fancy Farm as an event “where old-fashioned politics meets dyed-in-the-wool religion, and the differences are evened out by the glorious, gluttonous, gastronomic magic of charred pork and mutton.”
The Jay’s Analysis blog posted a video of the Dem miscreant today:
Mr. Collins, as the video above reveals, is a Jack Conway supporter, a fact demonstrated on his Facebook page.
Paul’s Democratic opponent in the Kentucky Senate race has desperately amplified the corporate media fabrication that Paul opposes the Civil Rights Act.
“By far the most ridiculous, conniving and abhorrent political attack, however, was put together by MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, who set aside a 20 minute segment of her show to attempt to convince her viewers that Rand Paul was in favor of racial segregation, as if he is some kind of klan member,” Steve Watson wrote in May.
Finally, in a rather bizarre attempt to shoot down the Paul campaign, GQ has posted an article by Jason Zengerle with a claim by a woman who said Paul had kidnapped her and tried to force her to take “bong hits.”

Humorous Commentary: The Kentucky Fancy Farm Picnic is Decadent and Depraved

as well, apparently. Well, at least the Democratic operatives who parade with the most inane and over-the-top smear tactics are. In one of the most important and closely watched races in the country, my friends and I attended the famous Fancy Farm debate and ousted this Democratic operative:
Turns out, this character is named Tyler Clay Collins, and is an active Kentucky Democrat. Here he is pictured at a Democratic event, as well as at his local Masonic Lodge:
Too bad people cannot deal openly and honestly with real issues and argumentation. Actually, it’s a good thing: these kinds of antics actually show them for what they are: liars. Jack Conway and company will have to do better. Furthermore, this confirms what tea party goers have claimed elsewhere, as this Fox article reports.

Tyler has removed his facebook profile, but the captured screenshots are here:

"NeanderPaul" showed up. Not much funnier than Tyler Collins' get up.

Well, not really. But who could resist the temptation to drive to a town smaller than the small town I’m presently located in to see the national media and assorted radicals and miscreants descend upon Fancy Farm. In case you didn’t know, Fancy Farm’s yearly picnic is a town event hosted by St. Jerome’s Catholic parish, where media vultures gather around the body politick (Matt. 24;28). Maybe that’s not what the verse is referring to…but considering the exegetical skills of local preachers, we have every right to expect such a theory.
Gonzo style
I arrived in tie and nice shirt (as mom laid out for me to wear) and immediately began to sweat – both from the intense heat and the spectacle before me. As one Democratic commenter on this blog noted, I didn’t understand Fancy Farm, because I had never been. How true. But I did understand immediately how the theater works, inasmuch as it was a replay of my high school years. I’ll explain below.
I was first met by some old political hacks who spent several minutes explaining to me how the political process worked and it’s interaction with the media. He had been there when mayor Daley was exposed in Chicago, and when confronted by the media, “with one joke,” he told me, “wiped away the entire conspiracy,” and the investigative journalists lost. Sounds fun. Read more of this post
