Introduction to Christology

My good friend Jonathan, who at the time was an Anglican seminarian, wrote a great introduction to Christology paper a few years ago. He has since moved into Orthodoxy, but the paper is useful for those who might come by this blog and not be familiar with the terms, early heresies and movements referenced. The file is a word doc. Download here.
As a caveat, I share some of his criticisms made of the Aristotelian language in regard to the Eucharist, but the Catholic view does not demand an Aristotelian framework. That philosophy provides an approximation of the mystery of the Real Presence.
Let’s talk one on one and hash this out. We’ll see whose “systems” are based on lies.
You’re trying to interact and critique things far above your level and making an ass of yourself. This is why I continually ignore you. It’s like a phantom of myself from your age. It’s extreme pride on your part and why if you were genuinely concerned to talk these issues out, you’d want to talk via phone.
Again, I’m not concerned about your analysis. You’re not a church, nor do you have one, nor do you have but an elementary grasp of the things you’re trying to critique.
So, as it stands, I don’t want anything to do with you until you hit maybe 30 and realize you don’t know as much as you think you do.
